What you get asked at an appointment, at hand
The health profile brings together blood type, allergies, current medication and an emergency contact, yours or that of someone you support. It can be shared as a PDF at no cost, to print or send.
How it works
Fill it in once
Blood type, allergies, conditions, surgeries and implants, rescue medication, coverage, member number and notes. The current medication fills itself in from the treatments you enter.
The contact, one tap away
The emergency contact has one button to call and another to message them on WhatsApp.
Share it as a PDF
To print or send before an appointment, at no cost.
Good to know
- It is not an official medical record: it brings together what is entered in the app.
- Blist stores the information; it does not interpret it or replace a consultation with a healthcare professional.
- Having the profile at hand does not alert anyone. To alert the circle there is the SOS button, which is not an emergency service.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see it?
The people in your circle, according to the permissions you set. Editing it requires permission to manage, and if two people edit it at the same time, the app warns them.
Does it update when the medication changes?
Yes. The current medication comes from the treatments entered: when you edit one, the profile shows it.
Does the PDF cost anything?
No. The health profile and its PDF are included in the Free plan, on iPhone and Android.
