What a care circle is and how it works in Blist

A way to organize with people you trust

In Blist, a care circle is a group of people someone chooses to invite to share and coordinate a medication routine.

It is not a medical or legal status. It is a product feature designed to keep information from being scattered across alarms, messages, notes, and one person's memory.

Who can participate

The person organizing their own medication, a family member, caregiver, or another trusted person may participate. Invitations must be accepted, and access depends on configured permissions.

Anyone entering another person's information must have their authorization or valid legal authority. Health data should not be shared with people who do not need it.

What can be shared

Each member's access follows the circle settings and can be revoked when it is no longer needed.

• Medication routines and schedules entered in Blist.
• The status of records made in the app.
• Stock reported by users.
• Care information enabled by the selected permissions.

An everyday example

Someone may organize their mother's medication and share the circle with a sibling and caregiver. All three can consult the same routine and see actions recorded in Blist without reconstructing events from a separate chat.

If the supported person does not use a phone, an authorized person can manage the organization from their own account. Consent or valid authority is still required.

What confirmation means

A confirmation means someone reported an action in Blist. It is not clinical or physical verification that medication was administered or taken.

Blist organizes user-entered information. It does not supervise people or guarantee reminder delivery.

Privacy and autonomy

The account holder controls who is invited and what is shared. Review circle membership regularly and remove access that is no longer needed.
